My journey in technology began in 1999, where I spent 15 years as a lead technician for major telecommunications providers like Rogers and Shaw. I’ve supported everyone from individual homeowners to high-security government institutions, including police departments and healthcare facilities.
Whether I was designing a complex system on the fly or diagnosing a hidden glitch, my goal has always been the same: making technology work seamlessly for the person using it.
